Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Razi CV Builder (the "Tool"). By using the Tool, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Tool
The Tool is a free, browser-based application that helps you create, edit and export resumes and CVs. It is provided by Razi Digi, the digital products arm of Razi Consultancy.
2. Free use, no account required
The Tool is provided free of charge and does not require account registration. Your resume data is stored locally in your browser, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Your content
You retain full ownership of any content you enter into the Tool (text, photos and generated resume files). We do not claim any rights over your resume content, and since it is stored only in your browser, we have no access to it.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Tool to create content that is unlawful, fraudulent (for example, fabricated credentials intended to deceive an employer), defamatory, or infringing on others' rights.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the Tool's underlying code or infrastructure.
5. No warranty
The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Tool will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that exported documents will be accepted by any particular employer, applicant tracking system or third party. Please review every exported file before you send it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Razi Digi and Razi Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Tool, including loss of data stored in your browser's local storage.
7. Data loss
Because resume data is stored only in your browser, clearing browser data, switching browsers or devices, or browser storage limits can result in permanent loss of your saved resumes. Use the built-in Backup feature regularly to avoid data loss.
8. Intellectual property
The Tool's design, branding, code, and the "Razi Digi" and "Razi CV Builder" names and marks are the property of Razi Consultancy / Razi Digi and may not be copied, redistributed or used to create a competing product without permission. Third-party open-source libraries bundled with the Tool remain under their own licences.
9. Changes to the Tool or these Terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Tool, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the Tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
